Offender Reentry

Offender Reentry is the transition period when an offender is released from incarceration back into the community.  During this time, a probation officer is assigned to work with the offender and assist them in addressing their needs as well as enforce the conditions set by the Court.  Probation officers assist individuals reentering society by providing access to services such as mental health, substance abuse treatment, employment, and education.  Needs are identified from a personal assessment and services are provided to meet individual needs and goals.
